So in my hands, I have the polystyrene. This is more like a styrofoam. And as you can see, it's not really strong. I can just break this with my hands, and when I press into it, there's no give, it just breaks. So this is the polyurethane insulation. This is spray foamed in between the two pieces of steel to bind them together. And this is going to offer you the best insulation for your house as well as the most durability. When I press into this, I'm pressing as hard as I can. Maybe you're getting a little bit of a fingerprint. There not much. This is going to be able to be a lot more durable than that polystyrene that just breaks with your hand. If you want to keep your garage door cool in the summer and hot in the winter, this is the stuff to get.
